How do you take care of plant with purple flowers, heart shaped leaves?

I transplanted this plant into a little pot (yes with the roots intact). I'm not sure what plant it is but it has purple/violet coloured flowers with heart shaped green leaves. I put it in soil and watered it but it is wilting quickly. What should I do?
