T6216 Desktop PC Upgradeing help!?

I just looked at the first page of goggle results re: you machine and none gave satisfactory specs. So, what expansion sockets do you have and how strong is your power supply. If they are not good enough the simple answer is a thirty dollar video card what will way out preform what you have but still be a dinosaur by modern standards.
