How can I collect debts from son in military?

My son is 26 and is now in the army.He made some terrible choices in his life in the past.For that reason he has no communication with me or his sister.He actually owes money to both of us.Enlisting in the army was done in desperation cause he had nowhere else to go.Hes burnt so many bridges with us.Hes my son and I love him but he needs to make numerous amends before he can be in our lives again.I'm thinking of going thru the army to collect our debts,he needs to be taught a lesson and its not fair to any of us.Does anyone know the procedure cause I don't have his address.
