Problem with Opera browser.?

In opera I lost the bar on which we type web address.(may we call it address bar).So after trying for a lot of time to get it back, i went 4 reinstall.But now the problem is when i uninstall from cont.pan and re install Iam getting the same situation, including the shortcut windows.I think it doesn't uninstall completely.Plz help me.
