Whats going on with this Blac Haze?

So latley ive been searching around on youtube about 2pac and i found this guy so called Blac Haze and i was listning to him and i think he might be pac. One thing that can be proved about his voice is he was shot and obviously your voice would get a little off and this could be the reason its not exact but even without stating that they are so close to be the exact voice what do you think?
