My son Jamal is 18months old he is still on the pacifier what can i do to get him off faster.?

stop having him use it during the day, nap and bedtime only....do that for a few weeks, then take it away at nap and bedtime, he'll cry the first few nights, but itll get better then he'll forget all about it
