Help!!! I think my flowerhorn cichlid is sick!!!?

I would first like to know when was the late water change? Do you vaccuum the gravel when changing water? Too much waste products in a tank can cause your fish not to eat. Uneaten food in the tank will decay and also make your fish sick. When vaccuuming the gravel, notice how much debris is being sucked out. I think shrimp should be given in very small portions. Live fish is nice, so you should have a small tank set up just for feeders( 10 gal. is ok.) You can also medicate the feeders before you feed them to your fish. Good luck.
