Do i have the rights to inherit atleast one of her properties?

I dont know about law especially the laws here in the philippines...I was adopted since i was a newborn baby & never met my biological mom.According to my aunt, my biological mom Beth was my mom's (who adopts me) friend from college & Beth gave me to her because her parents did not know that she was pregnant & they never seen Beth since then. Beth just gave me w/o any legal adoption papers. My mom got married & after a year his husband died.After 6 years my mom died from heart attack;so my aunt (my moms sister),took care of me & supports me all through my studies. I have this birth certificate w/c all of us thought that it was just a fake copy. They found that birth certificate from my moms things & used it for my educational requirements. When the time comes that i have to work & needed an authentication birth certificate I ask my aunt if i do have a real one. My aunt dont have any idea if i my name was registered. So I went to the statistic office to see if i have a birth certificate. Finally when the result came & the birth certificate that we all thought was fake ended up as the original copy. They send me the authenticated one & its the same as the one i had. My middle & last name is the same, signed by my mom she's the one who's on the mothers name & on the fathers name field, it was my grandpa & was also signed by him. I dint know how that happened but that's the original one & it was authenticated. My mom had 2 sibling, one is my aunt & the one is my uncle (died last 2005). My mom own 5 big house & lots w/c are for rent & my aunt & uncle is the one who's receiving the rental & since my uncle died its my aunt who' manage the rental. By this day uncle's family & my aunts family are fighting over that 5 houses. My uncle's son said that half of it should be given to my the them & half of it should be for my aunt. But my aunt did not agreed to this. She said that she's the only sibling who is alive so will be the one to manage the rental. They have their own attorney fighting over that house,so my aunt decided to sell it & said the money should be hers. All im asking is a place to live. I already have my own family & we're renting a small house in my husbands province. Do i have the rights to claim at least 1 house? Please answer, cant afford an attorney to ask this question because Im not sure if I have a rights...Thank you. Sorry if my english is bad.
