Any place to give Bethesda ideas for skyrim?

I have SO MANY ideas for skyrim! Is there ANY way i can give them to bethesda? I want them to consider my ideas, because i think they're really great. Also, how can i become beta tester of Skyrim or Diablo III? Thx in advance (:
